We have successfully experimented a revolutionary method for the assembly of a 1800 tons press without using a press foundation. In this way we could preassemble the machine in our headquarter and therefore there were many advantages for the customer and for us.
The customer has received the press already assembled, only to be positioned, avoiding slowing down of the production lines to leave room for our cranes. The advantage for us was the possibility to assemble the press outdoor without height limitations due to the roof of the industrial building.
